Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to project teams, addressing design and construction challenges.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost control efforts.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of project engineering principles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in construction management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., EIT, PMP) are a plus.
