Job Description
My is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Executive to lead and manage our large-scale construction with a scope of ten million dollars or greater from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. The Senior Construction Project Executive will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and for maintaining effective communication throughout the project life cycle. In addition, the role will include mentoring and developing younger professionals within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple large-scale construction projects with a scope of ten million dollars or greater from start to finish.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans.
Manage project risks and take corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Mentor and develop younger professionals within the team, providing guidance and support in their career development.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing large-scale construction projects of ten million dollars or greater in scope on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing younger professionals.
What's on Offer
Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience
Bonuses are given based on performance and project success, ranging from 15% to 35% of base salary
