Electrical Project Executive
As a Project Executive specializing in Data Center Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of electrical data center projects from initiation through to completion. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct all phases of data center projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication to understand their needs and expectations, and keeping them updated on project progress.
Guide and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration toward project goals.
Create, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
Recognize potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement and uphold quality control standards and procedures to ensure all work meets client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Extensive experience in managing large-scale data center projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling systems, and IT networks.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse project teams.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders..
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
