My client is a Top ENR General Contractor, boasting a broad geographical footprint, with more than 20 locations across the US. This firm specializes in Data Centers, Advanced Manufacturing and Light Industrial, with a multi $Bn backlog between these sectors. THE POSITION:

My client are seeking a Project Executive with 10+ years of experience to assist in the company's continued growth. They are seeking an individuals with Data Center, Light Industrial, and or Semiconductor construction experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead $100M+ advanced/complex construction projects from cradle to grave.
• Account management/maintaining client relationships.
• working with subcontractors and leading proposals/presentations.
• Delivery of monthly reports / long range major initiative tracking.
• Responsible for project performance - financial, schedule, quality, contractual and administrative.
• Prepare/edit proposals, design, scope, drawings, specifications, cost estimates and schedules.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with clients.
• Business development - utilizing pre-existing client network to develop new accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years' construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years' construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Business Development experience.
• Proficient in leading effective project meetings with customer, consultants, and internal employees; experience presenting at client meetings or for project pursuit.
• Strong stakeholder/client relationship management experience, evidenced by negotiated or repeat work.
