Project Executive / Plumbing $160K to $180K *(PE License)

Project Manager /HVAC $115 to $160 (Estimating, Design)

Account Manager $90k to $140K (MEP contracting, Design, Sales & Project Management)

Service Account Rep $89K to 99K (Inside sales, Project coordination, HVAC/Plumbing, Electrical)


The Project Executive (HVAC) is responsible for representing the company with judgment and discretion. This role demands a high level of commitment and engagement with both their work and the company's business. The ideal candidate is a strategic, talented, and enthusiastic individual who fosters and promotes the company's culture through a positive attitude, leads by example, and upholds the company's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to secure future work.
  • Hold overall financial accountability and responsibility for all projects and team members.
  • Coordinate staff from all development departments as needed for each project throughout its lifecycle, managing and supervising employees assigned to the project. The Project Executive serves as the single point of responsibility for the project and the customer.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by managing diverse tasks across various locations, forming and reforming teams as required to meet the needs of special projects.
  • Provide supervision, leadership, and coordination in departmental efforts, including engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Perform all functions required to promote and finalize sales, including estimating, conceptual design, proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations and reviews.
  • Prepare budget projections and control costs within agreed-upon limits. Provide letters, proposals, memos, contracts, change orders, strategies, etc., to ensure good business practices and legal protection.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet industry requirements.

Requirements:

  • Over five years of experience managing HVAC construction projects.
  • Five years of experience in sales, estimating, design, and management of projects ranging from $50,000 to over $25,000,000.
  • A BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred but not required.
  • An MBA or master's level degree or a current PE license is negotiable and a strong plus.
  • A proven track record in HVAC project management.
  • Strong presentation skills, along with excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
