Project Executive

My client is a general contractor that is looking for a Project Executive to join their team. This person will oversee large-scale and complex program of construction projects. Ideally, my client would like someone with ground up industrial/commercial project experience. You will be based in the Phoenix, Arizona office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the total construction effort for multiple projects to ensure they are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

Instrumental in scaling of the business by:

1. Setting clear expectations and managing project team performance through adherence of a high level of accountability amongst team members to safety, budget, schedule, & quality.
2. Planning, organizing and participating in the recruitment and staffing key office and field positions.

• If required, assists with interface and problem resolution with owners, A/E representatives or subcontractors.
• Ensures adherence to all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
• Provides direction to planning, scheduling and construction management functions as required.
• Manages specific client pursuits and project pursuits
• Oversees and manages project bids or preconstruction efforts.
