SCI, the leading real estate search firm, is seeking a Project Executive to run the hospitality division with the largest minority-owned construction firm in the Carolinas.
The position is responsible for overseeing the coordination and overall execution ofprojects.
Responsibilities:
Lead design reviews, value engineering, and scope definition, collaborating with leadership to manage risks.
Negotiate and award subcontracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Utilize Procore for schedule development and maintenance.
Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress, coordination, quality control, and safety.
Review project schedules, subcontracts, purchase orders, and budgets to ensure profitable performance.
Assess compliance with contract documents and prepare project status reports.
Maintain highest safety standards and ensure compliance across all projects.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Professional Engineer or Registered Architect certification preferred.
10+ years of experience in construction administration, architecture, engineering, or similar fields.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about precision.
Experience in hospitality, casino, or restaurant projects.
