Project Manager - 100% Travel
Job Title: Traveling Project Manager
As a Traveling Project Manager, you will be responsible for the design planning and approval, coordination with vendors and other stakeholder groups, ensuring quality assurance, and aligning with customer requirements while managing individual project budgets of up to $2M. Your primary role includes the deployment, implementation, and launch of delivery stations and tactical programs related to Material Handling Equipment, Automation, and related equipment.

- Must be able to travel 100%. Project may be local in your region where it might just require driving on-site or it could be flying to distribution centers in your region.

Qualifications
- MUST have experience working with Material Handling Equipment & Automation
- Project management experience
- Vendor management experience
- PMP Certification
- Ability to read site plans
- Agile or Kaizen PM Methodologies
- Ability to read site plans
- PMP certification REQUIRED.
- Agile or Kaizen PM Methodologies.
- Drive Customer Obsession through all activities and teams.
- Earn Trust operations customers through clear and timely communication, gathering of feedback, and driving all action items to completion.
- Take end-to-end ownership of everything within your grasp or scope of influence.
- Assess, escalate, and eliminate project risks to safely deliver projects on time, under budget, and within all design standards.
- Follow project-specific action plans maintaining and ensuring the quality of all project tasks.
- Escalate and identify opportunities for new standard work and mechanisms to close gaps where guidance in action plans is unclear or incomplete.
- Deploy for days and up to several weeks to various geographies within North America to launch the most innovative delivery solutions in the world.
- Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers.
- Manage on-site deployment of third-party logistics vendors, managing daily workflow, budgets, inventory control, and quality assurance for equipment deployment.
- Lead meetings including Leaders from up to 30 cross-functional teams
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs
