We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing PMO operational activities and ensuring the accuracy and quality of project information across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing PMO operations to maintain current and accurate project information.
• Defining project scopes and leading midsize to large projects from initiation to completion.
• Creating and executing project work plans, adapting as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing dependencies effectively.
• Producing comprehensive project reports and performance metrics.
• Communicating project status updates to the Portfolio Management Office manager and ITS management.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively.
• Utilizing influence to resolve bottlenecks and align resources efficiently.
• Managing projects within established project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Identifying necessary resources and assigning responsibilities.
• Guiding projects through all stages of the project life cycle.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Building and leading strong project teams across multiple CPS divisions.
• Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
• Managing vendor relationships in line with CPS and ITS strategies and directives.
• Providing project status updates and other deliverables at each stage of the Project Management Methodology.
• Collaborating and supporting PMO and ITS peers and leadership.
• Planning, directing, and implementing projects on time, within budget, and with the desired functionality.
• Performing related duties as required.
