Senior Project Manager

Remote- with ability to travel up to 35% of the time

Full Time

$135,000- $145,000 with yearly bonus

Experience in the following:

• Oversee a range of Building Automation projects.
• Participate in pre-bid reviews and sales-to-operations turnover meetings, and contribute to the accuracy of the estimate and project layout.
• Maintain overall correspondence responsibility for projects.
• Maintain overall financial responsibility for projects including.
• Prepare and maintain all change orders.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Manage Vendors and Subcontractors to ensure quality control.

Qualification/ knowledge of:

• Experience with Niagara Framework, LonWorks and BACnet.
• Management of Multi-site deliveries.
• Knowledge in the mechanical, plumbing, power, lighting, lighting controls, and electrical industries.
• Knowledge of building, electrical and mechanical codes, standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Contract Management, scope, terms and conditions review.
