About The Role:

Gen3 seeks a stellar Project Manager, Senior to play a key role in supporting project lifecycle management and team leadership for our federal client.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the project to ensure successful delivery per requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including budget, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and performance, oversee scope and schedule management, and take corrective actions as needed
• Manage and coordinate project team members across multiple disciplines and external stakeholders
• Implement rigorous risk management processes to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks
• Provide clear and effective project communications, including status reports, presentations, and recommendations
  
  

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale government or regulatory projects
• Expertise in managing complex projects from end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring
• Strong leadership ability with proven success in managing high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or related certification strongly preferred

• Previous experience supporting federal or state government agencies, especially federal financial agencies i.e. IRS or Treasury, is highly desired

Employment Eligibility: Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Most of our positions require a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder for consideration. Certain positions require at least three (3) of the past five (5) years of residence in the United States.

Other Requirements:

• A minimum of three (3) out of the past five (5) years of residency in the United States is mandatory
• Candidates must possess either an active green card or citizenship
• Prospective employees offered a position must have work authorization that does not necessitate employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, both presently and in the future
• Those selected for this role may undergo a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for accessing classified information or be eligible for security clearances
