Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of business cases for funding approval. This role involves coordinating various stakeholders, ensuring governance procedures are followed, and managing projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Case Development: Coordinate with team members to gather information, define scope, resources, and revenue models.
• Presentation Preparation: Collaborate with business owners to create compelling presentations, including business case and financial decks.
• Project Management: Oversee projects with budgets up to $3 million, ensuring all steps are correctly followed for governance.
• Quality Assurance: Provide guidance and quality checks on all information and presentations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet. Understanding of capex and opex, and experience with product development/app development.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently, manage budgets of at least $1 million, and initiate new projects.

Compensation:

$90,000-$110,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
