$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of small businesses and entrepreneurs, focusing on driving economic development and helping businesses thrive.

In this role, you will:


  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for grant winners, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain continuous outreach to ensure a positive experience for recipients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple small businesses per round, assisting them from start to finish in their engagement with the program.
  • Facilitate the setup of consultations for coaching and tech makeover services for recipients.
  • Manage recipient data within Salesforce, ensuring all documentation, commercial orders, and outreach notes are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Utilize data intelligence dashboards to gather and analyze data relevant to the program's progress and recipient success.
  • Collaborate with various departments to keep them informed of the status and progress of recipients.
  • Oversee the award delegation process, ensuring the timely execution and completion of awards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and manage advertising campaigns using tools such as D365, Unified Planner, and OneTIM.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring that each stage is completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards.
  • Lead project teams, select supporting staff, and manage resources effectively to meet client and company objectives.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.
  • Report project progress to senior managers and clients, addressing any risks and mitigating delays to ensure successful project completion.
