Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Redmond, WA. Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Journey Mapping:

• Project Manager will develop detailed maps of the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and interactions
• Analyze customer behaviors and experiences across various stages of the journey
  
  

Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer needs and pain points
• Use data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve the customer experience
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive decision-making
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• As a Project Manager, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives
• Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics
  
  

Customer Feedback

• Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods
• Use feedback to refine and optimize the customer journey
  
  

Example Project

• Create a backlog of customer ready materials (not creating the content, but outlining what sort of resources are missing) that need to be created and ensure they are discoverable on the journey
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, or a related role
• Experience in the educational technology sector is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in customer journey mapping tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving processes
• Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning
• Being able to create content (ex: short-form videos, one-pagers, PPT materials, is a plus)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
