Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for project management? Luxer One is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to lead our projects from the time we have a signed PO, through installation and implementation. As a key facilitator, you'll bridge the gap between Luxer One and our clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Client Accounts: Oversee 150+ accounts from onboarding to locker system installation and keep projects on schedule.
Resolve Technical Issues: Address and solve complex technical challenges promptly.
Communication: Update clients and leadership on project status.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed notes in Zoho CRM.
Training: Conduct client staff training and onboarding.
Integration: Facilitate integration with third-party platforms like Entrada, Yardi, and RealPage.
Client Interaction: Professionally manage relationships with clients and channel partners.
Expectations Management: Set and meet client expectations.
Follow-Up: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and maintain NPS score metrics
Special Projects: Handle additional tasks based on your skills.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in project or account management.
Communication: Be comfortable using the phone as a primary method of communication
Organization: Proven and exceptional multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
Technical Skills: Knowledgeable and proficient in general networking topics, security cameras, Mobile Device Management tools, and CRM tools.
Customer Service: Strong background in customer service.
Dependability: Reliable with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Availability: Full-time position with open availability Monday - Friday
