Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Pay Scale: $65 - 70/hr W2

Job Summary:

Project Details:

• Project is focusing on an Enterprise Telephony upgrade from Avaya to OS solution.
• Looking into Microsoft Teams as a Solution
• Will be a lot of coordinating with all of Kroger's divisions and retail stores to track inventory and usage.
• Anywhere they have Phones/Offices and also work w/ Supply Chain on executing delivery.
• Lots of requirements gathering working with facilities to see who is using the phones.
• Work with Program Manager & Project Manager to coordinate.
• Also work with Engineering teams & SM to track progress of tasks.
• Extensive purchase requisitioning.
• Placing POs and tracking.
• Setting microsoft teams meetings for collaboration with divisions and required tech individuals in different groups.
• This person will not be involved in presentations but will be working with the Program Manager and Enterprise Campus Refresh Program Manager that is a Telephony Guru.

Must Haves / Required Skills:

• Looking for more mid level 3-5 years but open to candidates with 5-7 years of experience that would be open to the scope of the role
• Candidates must have Jira, ServiceNow, and Excel. Coupa (Oracle) is a nice to have as that's their Procurement system.
