Must-have skills: 7+ years of experience Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Systems with at least 2 project implementations within last 5 years; 3+ years’ experience working in public sector (state or federal government); experience in planning and implementing organizational change management; experience with PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Asset Management, Commitment Control, and Purchasing related modules.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Project Director to plan and execute scheduled activities.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements,
  • Actively monitor and track progress toward objectives and project scope,
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools,
  • Identify tasks and resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and manage resources on assigned tasks,
  • Facilitate team and user meetings effectively,
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials
  • 3+ years of Experience working in public sector (state or federal government)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2;
  • Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years;
  • Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials;
  • Experience and skills in Project Management and in project risk identification;
  • Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

Preferred Experience/Requirements

  • Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements;
  • Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
  • Experience and skills to assess the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality;
  • Experience in PeopleSoft Financials Grants module;
  • Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules -- GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft Financials core and modular configuration
