The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring smooth communication between our clients and our talented internal team. You’ll handle everything from setting up projects in Asana to keeping clients informed and satisfied. If you're proactive, adaptable, and ready to dive into diverse challenges, you’ll fit right in!

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate Projects: Manage multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage project contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback through various communication channels. Lead project meetings and facilitate discussions to drive progress.
• Organize Tasks: Plan and schedule project activities, maintain records, and oversee deliverables. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Team Support: Guide and support team members to achieve project goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to assess needs and meet high service standards.
• Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects effectively with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Mastery: Superior command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Administrative Expertise: Knowledge of office procedures, project management best practices, and CMS software (Asana).
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and version control tools.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate solutions and make informed decisions.
• Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for team leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year

• 8 hour shift (EST hours)

Work Location: FULLY REMOTE
