Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

- Strong analytical and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Superior interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and risk management skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Have led at least one Workday implementation project.
- Experiencing leading data conversion and data integrity efforts.
- Exposure to Workday software and/or integration toolsets.
- Experience with HR processes (Hire to Retire process, Payroll, Benefits, T&A, etc.).
- Exposure to JIRA or related issue tracking tools.
