About the Role:
Responsible for managing all aspects of Support, planning, and delivering diverse simple to complex PLM and Engineering applications like NX, CATIA, Autodesk etc..
Tracks and coordinates the execution of KPIs and SLAs driver Application support Project.
Establishes the scope of work based on client inputs and business needs and is responsible for estimating effort of the project
Independently leads the Support team and Product owner team.
Establishes and maintains a project communication plan
Defines phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules resources evaluates risks, and highlights dependencies
Collects and analyses support delivery metrics.
Should be able to navigate and step up in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations
Works with Helpdesk Support SMEs and Product Owners at a technological and functional level, to ensure that the solution meets business needs. Works on the business side with business stakeholders such Engineering business team.
Must have prior experience working in a leadership role and have managed at least 1 or 2 mid-sized projects (10-15 FTE projects)
Has experience working across projects involving multiple process interfaces, and multiple functions.
It is important to be familiar with Agile-based delivery management.
Qualifications:
5+ Years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in developing internal processes for support project
Experience with “user support” over a ticket-based system
Experience Working with SLA to manage support projects.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
