Project Manager

The Clinician eXchange (TCX) is a medical technology consulting, staffing, and research firm headquartered out of Parsippany, NJ. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurially minded Project Manager to enhance all aspects of our operational workflow and project efficiency. This includes management and execution of all aspects of market research, staffing and educational projects. We are NOT looking for job seekers; rather, we want professionals who yearn to impact long-term change in an antiquated industry with a progressively minded company. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience, working in a fast-paced environment and exudes the following characteristics: tenacity, resourcefulness, problem solving prowess, creativity, passion, and is selfless by nature. We want dynamic DO-ERS who find ways to get things done when all others look for excuses... all others need not apply.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for all activities related to satisfying the expectations of our clients and clinical consultants, as well as supporting all members and facets of our operations team. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Project workflow management
• Project execution
• Data analytics
• Research
• Recruitment
• Client communication
• Client expectation management
• Client engagement
• Performing various network/administrative duties
• Getting things done
