This role will report directly to the Director of Client Operations and will have a broad range of responsibilities. The position combines client service, operations, and project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Activities will/may include:

  • Onboard and provide ongoing operational and administrative support for a subset of RAIN Group clients.
  • Customize a Monday.com (or similar) Project Plan.
  • Manage the execution of the Project Plan with all key internal stakeholders.
  • Hold key stakeholders to account while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Positively & enthusiastically engage RAIN Clients and provide them with accurate information and regular communications at speed.
  • Execute operations and administrative tasks during the project management.
  • Coordinate client and delivery team schedules and logistics.
  • Directly respond to, address, and resolve inbound client requests related to RAIN Group’s products and services
  • Support RAIN Group’s consultant and facilitator team to ensure their success with each client
  • Handle other ad hoc requests, both internal and for clients, as they arise

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated starting base salary for this role is $50,000 -$55,000.

Exact compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographic location.
