Project Manager (Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning)

Location: Remote (US- EST/CST)

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $60-70/hr

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in managing complex projects within the realms of data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of transformative projects that leverage advanced data technologies to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals, resource requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging agile methodologies where applicable, to optimize project delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in data analytics, AI, or ML projects, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects and challenges involved.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
• Experience in a technology or consulting firm specializing in AI, ML, or data analytics.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
