- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage day-to-day communications with the agency and act as the main point of contact.
- Track, review, and edit event marketing content to ensure it aligns with the MSFT brand and voice.
- Manage the Book of Materials for each event, including registration pages, emails, and LinkedIn posts.
- Oversee deliverable management and tracking, ensuring timely completion.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordinate feedback collection.
- Collaborate with the global demand center to develop and implement the localization process.
- Create boilerplate content for local scale events.
- Ensure content is properly translated and localized for target regions.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail throughout the content creation process.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within tech and B2B.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
- Strong proficiency in content work, including longer form written content.
- Experience in project management, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing the localization process.
- Familiarity with event marketing.
