Purpose:


This position will be responsible for managing work orders for facilities management work with select clients across the United States.


Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities:


· Review work orders and submit proposals through online facilities management ticketing systems.

· Review and negotiate subcontractor pricing and manage scope of work documents for specific projects.

· Successfully manage projects for full scope to include, but not limited to, qualifying scope, bidding of projects, qualifying bids, the execution through sub-contractors and the proper and efficient closeout of each project under management.

· Manage subcontractor invoices and job costs associated with facilities management tickets.

· Work within facilities management ticketing systems to update project notes, upload photo documentation of completed work, and complete all closeout documentation to invoice properly.

· Work within budget of project to order materials and equipment.

· Manage and build relationships with existing and new clients in order to increase work opportunities for the company.


Nature & Scope:


· No direct responsibility for supervising other FCP employees.

· Provide direct supervision and support of subcontractors.

· Willing to travel up to 10%.

· Must have an entrepreneurial spirit who will act as a business owner, within the built-in structure and support from FCP Executive Leadership Team and the Shared Services Support Office.

· Understand client needs, including the interpretation of project contract documents to ensure proper alignment with what is best for FCP Services while still serving the client needs for projects and help clients solve their facility needs in a high quality and timely fashion.

· Extensive knowledge of commercial construction, painting, remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety, and applicable federal and state laws.

· Strong computer skills.

· Ability to communicate directly, consistently, and with the ability to organize and get tasks accomplished through other people while managing remotely.

· Strong understanding of current construction market, trades, and labor/material unit pricing.

Minimum Qualifications:


· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of facilities management, reactive facilities, or construction project coordination experience.

· Ability to bring quality subcontractors and site superintendents into the role.

·Preferred but not required knowledge of the following systems: Smartsheets, Service Channel, Corrigo, CMIC, Bluebeam, ProCore

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
