About The Position

The Project Manager, Integrated Team, leads targeted workstreams to achieve strategic goals. The individual develops project plans, manages activities to meet deliverables, and ensures alignment with compliance and Marketing business objectives and University standards. The Project Manager, Integrated Team, facilitates internal compliance reviews of Marketing materials, campaigns, strategies and other related items, collaborates with the Marketing Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to design and maintain project management processes, and partners with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to implement processes, reporting tools and dashboards to drive productivity and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and publish project plans and manage activities of targeted workstreams in accordance with plans to ensure commitments and deliverables are met within expected time frame; provide periodic status reports to stakeholders and management team; assist in the development of processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency of systems implementations and maintenance; document process flows, as needed.
  • Facilitate internal reviews of Marketing materials,campaigns, strategies, ad other related items, to ensure alignment with Marketing Compliance, University Legal Services, regulatory and University policies, procedures and standards.
  • Oversee project closure processes and ensure proper archiving of all project assets for future reference, including things such as maintenance and archiving of legal decisions and substantiation materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to design, implement, and maintain project management processes, including things such as developing processes, standards and training programs for relevant platforms (e.g., LogicGate, Monday) to ensure effective use and compliance.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the University and Marketing Analytics teams to develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards that meet team needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Minimum Education And Related Work Experience

  • Bachelor’ degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications and five (5) years of project management experience; OR
  • High School Diploma and nine years of experience in Business, Marketing or Communications (or related) that includes at least five (5) years of project management experience

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with online project management systems
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance concepts
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g. financial, pharma, O&G)
  • Experience combining communication strategies and current market best practices with experience managing projects in a rapidly changing environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Strong, proven operational management skills
  • Work enthusiastically and co-operatively to produce outstanding results
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional (internal and external) relationships including agency partners, internal clients, editors, and influencers
  • Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to perform analyses
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
