Project Manager- Integrations
The Project Manager, Integrations position will focus on driving the successful integration of our various company acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage multiple concurrent complex integration projects
Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals and charter, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Apply project management tools/techniques
Drive project-related change management
Manage multiple stakeholders, aligning on common goals and communicating risks; run effective meetings
Communicate with various levels of leadership to convey statuses, timelines, and other project deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule
Partner with Corporate Development to streamline integration of acquisitions
Build relationships of trust across functions and organizations; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables
Anticipate the needs, risks, and challenges of your projects
Develop creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors
Deliver value by leading project teams and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Project Managers
Drive projects forward amid stalling forces
Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in execution
Qualifications:
Highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects and you are a practitioner of the project management craft.
Ability to work closely with software engineers, QA, Product managers, Marketing, and other teams to get high-quality products and features through the project management process
You are comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people.
Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)
Exceptional process and analytical capabilities
Able to identify and implement process design and re-engineering to achieve both incremental and transformational business impact.
Able to break down information in a systematic and consumable manner
Successful at getting buy-in for your ideas with a demonstrated affinity for metrics
Respectful and influential; you have the ability to push back when needed and can approach work rationally

Able to analyze information to find trends or diagnose problem areas
Experience defining and reporting on operational metrics and generating problem statements that are supported by data you have compiled
