Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in successfully delivering client projects from start to finish. This includes managing timelines, quality, and budget, while ensuring that all project deliverables meet our high standards. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, providing creative solutions and maintaining seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee mid-complexity, multichannel projects from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to internal processes and tools (e.g., WorkFront, Egnyte, Teams). Provide updates, manage documentation, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with team members across Editorial, Account, Finance, Creative, Technology, and Strategy departments. Communicate project progress and updates clearly and professionally.
• Administration: Maintain organized and accurate project files, complete administrative tasks on time, and support financial reporting and documentation.
  
  

Duties Include

• Manage project deliverables with direction from the Senior Brand Project Manager.
• Enforce project management procedures and internal tools.
• Update team on project status and changes.
• Handle project-related communication and quality control.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and client teams.
• Address project issues proactively and suggest solutions.
• Support Senior Project Managers with scope development and process optimization.
• Assist with new business activities and the training of junior team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, production, or marketing operations. Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and a basic knowledge of project management and financial tools. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary

The salary range for this position is \(65,000 - \)74,800 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
