Job Title: Project Manager/Design Operations Manager

Do you have what it takes to coordinate projects with the precision of a Swiss watch and the enthusiasm of a caffeine-fueled squirrel? Can you juggle deadlines, tasks, and team members without breaking a sweat? If yes, then we need you for one of our most strategic customers and one of the largest retailers in the world.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Project Ringmaster: Coordinate and complete projects/programs with the finesse of a tightrope walker.
• Task Guru: Assign responsibilities like a boss and monitor progress like a hawk.
• Deadline Whisperer: Set deadlines that are as firm as your handshake.
• Report Ninja: Summarize and prepare reports for upper management that are as clear as your grandma's chicken soup.
• Experience Sherpa: Use your 2-4 years of experience (or related) to guide the team to the summit of success.
• Field Wizard: Be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures, just like a wizard knows spells.
• Goal Getter: Plan and accomplish goals with the confidence of a seasoned adventurer.

Your Daily Adventure:

• Manage a team of 40 designers to create lifestyle images that make jaws drop.
• Collaborate with the science team and designers to ensure image quality control and meet efficiency targets.
• Identify defects and areas for improvement like a detective on a mission.
• Perform quality control, test different prompts, and analyze data.
• Review high-quality AI-generated images for detail pages.
• Help with program organization and task designation like a pro.
• Create SOPs that are as clear as a summer sky.
• Define clear quality and image expectations.
• Streamline feedback between the science team and HM.
• Use Quip for tracking, Excel (pivot tables), Outlook, and Slack like a productivity ninja.
