Executive Office Suite with 84 office spaces is looking for a full time property manager or assistant manager to share in running the space. Beyond our 84 office spaces we also have virtual clients as well. Candidate will participate in assisting with running the day to day operations as well as assisting with overall sales and marketing to keep office space at full occupancy. Day to day includes phones, mail, greeting visitors, social media, overseeing the facilities and vendor relationships, daily repair and maintenance as they occur, coordinate hvac, plumbing, electrical, IT as needed, food and coffee stocking, etc. Depending on experience opportunity to be involved with rents, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts etc.
