Description

The intern will have several tasks to complete during their term at the plant, which will vary depending on site needs.

Examples Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Reviewing incident report information and performing analysis on the data to search for trends or patterns in the data that indicate underlying process safety issues.
  • Learning about HAZOP and LOPA Process Hazard Analysis methods, looking at PHA reports and helping develop training materials for unit personnel based on the PHA report.
  • Assisting with Independent Protection Layer verification.
  • Assisting the HSSE department with safety standard revisions and updates.
