JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing multiple projects in the field of luxury experiential marketing. The individual must be creative, detail-oriented, fiscally responsible, and have the ability to develop design concepts within the client’s standards. They will manage all stages of planning, design, and production for their assigned projects. The ideal candidate will be equipped with strong project management skills, extreme attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills, the ability to change direction quickly and manage multiple vendors and projects, navigate budgets, negotiations, and technical complexities of each special event project.

With a discerning eye for luxury and a deep understanding of the industry, this role is tasked with executing and promoting excellence across all event activities. The primary focus will be elevating brand image and aspiration within the American and global market, cultivating deeper loyalty among existing clients, and attracting new clients to our client’s brand.

You will work closely with a team of marketing experts to drive brand awareness and foster unity within the team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing on-ground marketing activities and meeting company targets. Day-to-day tasks will involve consulting with central marketing teams, devising strategies, managing various tasks, such as developing presentations to improve decision-making, managing marketing programs, and overseeing product launches and brand partnerships.

This position is ideal for an innovative thinker with courage and a passion for impactful marketing communications. To excel in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of budget management and a keen eye for KPIs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work cross-functionally to conceptualize the most innovative and best-in-class events for our client’s brand.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring the project team is clear on deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and manage the overall event processes and proactively develop various components (event concept, decor, catering, entertainment, logistics, etc.) involving key stakeholders.
  • Work with knowledge of budgets and negotiations while strengthening logistics, functioning, and formatting proficiency.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar events, open purchase orders, track payments, find efficiencies/provide cost-savings alternatives, and double-check all vendor payments.
  • Foster and maintain relationships within the events industry and appropriate event vendors.
  • Manage production companies, agencies, and vendors to ensure they meet the specific design direction and guidelines that align with the brand image and budget.
  • Uphold and promote brand ideals and corporate identity with vendors within the industry.
  • Maintain a keen focus on quality implementation and execution, infusing events with innovative ideas and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with a curated list of agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the delivery of industry-leading events.
  • Strive to be ahead of the curve with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive calendar of corporate, retailer, and boutique events, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Take a leadership role in project management and on-site supervision during events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Product placement among relevant influencers: implementing data-driven, creative celebrity and influencer strategies to support key brand messaging while collaborating with internal teams to execute results, analytics, and business reporting/presentations.
  • Support the creation and management of the client’s communications plan and events calendar.
  • Maximize editorial coverage and foster the external relations network.
  • Organize and support client initiatives and events at central and local levels, ensuring alignment with central strategies and guidelines.
  • Handle global press relations for the client. Contribute to organizing media visits and group press trips to the properties including travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Work in synergy with the client’s Marketing and Communication departments.
  • Manage editorial photo/video shootings for the client’s official photo galleries.
  • Monitor and manage global press coverage through appropriate platforms, and organize coverage data and results in regular reports.
  • Create and coordinate communication collateral materials for the client.
  • Administrative duties such as budget forecasting and monitoring, as well as vendor management
