### About the Job
The Software Developer will be a key player in the Core Technology team, responsible for building and scaling the company’s central infrastructure. The role involves participating in greenfield projects and enhancing existing systems. Reporting directly to the Co-CTOs, the developer will collaborate closely with team members and end-users, having an immediate firmwide impact and gaining exposure to all areas of the firm, including data, research, operations, and risk.
### Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Develop efficient and scalable data and research infrastructure.
- Implement robust workflows for processing structured and unstructured financial datasets.
- Contribute to the internal microservice-based infrastructure platform.
- Develop web-based tools for internal teams and users.
### Mandatory Selection Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant field.
