What You'll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and priorities.
  • Establish Quality Assurance methodologies, conduct process audits, and monitor adherence to best practices.
  • Set and enforce Quality Standards by establishing clear and measurable quality standards such as coding practices, testing methodologies, documentation requirements, and performance metrics for the development team to follow.
  • Oversee creation of detailed test plans, including test cases, data, and environments and oversee the execution of various testing phases, such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • By focusing on prevention, minimizes defects and ensures that quality is ingrained in every stage of development.
  • Implement the quality assurance tools that align with the project's requirements.
  • Define, enforce, and measure quality metrics, and support the quality metrics requirements set by the customer.
  • Analyze metrics to gain insights into the development process and continuously make data-driven decisions to improve overall software quality and the external dependent items are available during the test runtime
  • Track the test environment build and prepare for testing.
  • Implement maximum test automation to provide continuous feedback on the quality of the code and help maintain consistency in the testing process.
  • Provide oversight on performance testing initiatives to ensure the SAP systems can handle expected loads and performance criteria
  • Provide training to stakeholders and customer on the use of test automation tools and script development and maintenance
  • Implement test management tools to organize test cases, track test execution, and gather test results. These tools assist in collecting valuable data for quality analysis.
  • Compile comprehensive quality reports and communicate the results to stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to help in decision-making and driving improvements.
  • Use the insights gained from quality metrics to continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows, aiming for incremental enhancements in product quality.
  • Mitigate risks, address issues and promptly alert potential schedule, budget or quality concerns to the leadership
  • Assist with proposal efforts and business development add-on work.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship status)
  • Must be able to obtain SECRET security clearance. Preference given to candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation or active DoD security clearance
  • 15+ years of quality assurance management or project management experience, preferably in SAP implementations in large scale programs
  • 5+ years of Tricentis test automation tool experience
  • 5+ SAP S/4HANA and/or ERP Implementations
  • 3+Agile software development program experience, preferably SAFe,
  • Minimum of two full software development life cycle implementation experience
  • Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preference given to candidates with quality assurance management experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRACOM)

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
