Gabriele & Company, recruiters for manufacturing and supply chain, seeks a Quality Engineer to join a dynamic, growing manufacturer of highly engineered components used in cutting-edge Cloud, Industrial, eMobility, and medical devices. This is an opportunity to play a key role in quality assurance for complex assembly and manufacturing processes including machining, welding, and metal fabrication.

In this on site, hands-on position, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of product quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer product quality issues and drive the CAPA process
• Mentor teams on advanced problem-solving methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, and DMAIC
• Define and implement quality inspection processes and requirements
• Partner with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials

You Bring:

A passion for Quality with 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment involving assembly, machining, welding, and/or metal fabrication. Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience with managing customer satisfaction are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and the ability to read drawings, use metrology equipment, and understand specifications are required.
