Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager

Type: Direct Hire/Permanent

Work Setting: Hybrid – Irving, TX

The Quality Engineering Manager will leverage hardware and software expertise to provide technical direction from Headquarters, overseeing and coordinating multiple engineering and quality teams.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate bank certification processes with internal development, technicians, and service teams.

• Conduct quality reviews and reporting.

• Manage system quality in the US and develop tools for system installation and maintenance.

• Enhance installation processes to reduce stabilization time for hardware releases.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in engineering analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual in Korean and English required.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Office for reporting, and Tableau for data utilization.

Physical Demands:

• Requires talking and hearing, sitting, and using hands and fingers to handle or feel.

• Occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.

• Close vision is essential, especially with computer and digital systems.

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Work Environment:

• May be exposed occasionally to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.

• Work environment noise level is generally quiet to moderate.

• Average passage of employees through the work area is normal.
