Qualifications
Able to work in a full time capacity for a minimum of 6 or more months
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Positive, can-do attitude and experience working with team members to overcome technical challenges
Creative thinker with attention to detail
Appreciation for and adherence to lab and work safety policies
Ability to work in a dry room and a glove box for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
Assist the R&D team with electrolyte material development, battery electrode and separator material processing, solid state cell assembly, and data analysis
Learn to characterize electrolyte and cell materials using various analytical techniques
Assemble and test solid state battery cells to evaluate the impact of materials on cell cycle life, resistance, rate capability, and other parameters
Work with team members to discuss material characterization and cell performance results
Document, present, and share results with team members
