Patient Care and Administrative Support Position Available

Patient Care

  • Prepare patients for procedures and provide clear explanations of exams
  • Assists technologists and physicians during diagnostic radiology procedures
  • Help address general questions and concerns from patients

Administrative Support

  • Perform scheduling, registration, and insurance verification duties
  • Obtain prior authorizations and offer financial counseling to patients
  • Handle cashiering, release of information, and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in stocking and setting up procedure rooms

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Medical Terminology knowledge preferred
  • Experience in a hospital or medical environment is a plus
  • Customer service experience is advantageous
  • Basic Life Support certification may be required
