Primary Duties

  • Complete state certification for milk sampling and antibiotic testing.
  • Conduct Appendix-N testing on each load of raw milk.
  • Perform various quality testing on each load of milk to ensure specifications are met to unload.
  • Responsible for unloading of all raw milk tankers.
  • Responsible for loading of trucks (cream, milk, milk products, etc.).
  • Scale in/out raw milk trucks.
  • CIP of raw silos, tanker line circuits, and other equipment.
  • Ensure all CIP cycles are within spec for time, temperature, chemical concentration, and flow.
  • Complete all required quality checks.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and neatly.
  • Complete all sanitation for work area including Master Sanitation assignments.
  • Comply with company GMP’s, SSOP’s, SOP’s, and safety requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment within an assembly or machine operating role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Note: Days off, and hours of work are subject to change. Overtime is on “As Needed Basis”. Multiple shifts available

All plant new hires are required to become members of the Teamsters Local 50 Union.
