Real Estate Attorney | Hybrid /Fully Remote | Low Hours

Our client, a well-regarded boutique transactional law firm with a low billable hour requirement (1800 hours), has a mid to senior associate attorney role (ideally 5th to 8th year) available for its West Los Angeles office. This position may also be done on a fully remote basis so long as the candidate is admitted to practice in one US state. This firm is top tier, offering BigLaw training, colleagues who have graduated from top 20 schools, collegiality, and a reasonable lifestyle (9-6, 5 days a week is typical).

This growing firm is looking for a Real Estate Attorney who can run deals without supervision in the areas of commercial JVs, lender and borrower financing, leasing, and acquisition/disposition.
