Job Description

Spring Branch area company is seeking a receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and as general admin assistant.

This role requires strong proficiency in MS Office, great communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming office environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or similar front desk role, or a related administrative position
  • Proven ability to interact with visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in using office equipment (multi-line phone systems, copiers, scanning, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding calls
  • Distribute information and documents via email, postal mail, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Organize and distribute incoming mail and handle the processing of outgoing mail
  • Maintain supply room and order materials needing to be restocked
  • Assist accounting department by matching invoices to statements and submitting customer invoices when needed
  • Other various administrative tasks as assigned
