Highlights Of What Our Receptionist Will Do
Answers telephones, handles calls, routes to appropriate individual or takes messages.
Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding.
Prepares various confidential departmental reports as assigned by management, collects information, compiles into standard or non-standard format, prints, proofs and distributes to appropriate company personnel.
Ensure customers, vendors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepares electronic correspondence, reports and other forms of written communications.
Files, faxes, photocopies, and performs other clerical functions.
Skills
Are you the right fit for this role? *Skills & experience that are necessary as an Receptionist will include, but not limited to:
Must be bilingual Spanish
Manufacturing, distribution, or construction industry experience is highly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
