If you have great customer service skills and a professional phone manner, this position is just what you're looking for. You will greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing, creating correspondence and minor Excel reports. Maintain conference room calendars and meeting schedules. Receive/retrieve, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Prepare shipping labels for mail/delivery and courier services. Order office supplies, audit inventory and maintain adequate inventory levels.
Requirements/Experience
- Ability to work Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm in office; required
- 2-years relevant experience as a receptionist, front desk clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills, willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment that encourages creative thinking
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Pleasant personality, flexible with customer centric "can do" spirit required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled everyday use of Microsoft Office Products (Word/Outlook/basic Excel) required
