Position Overview: In this engaging support role, the Recruiter champions our commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Screenings applications and selects qualified candidates.
Sourcing candidates; outside the box thinking on building candidate pools.
Scheduling interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their application.
Facilitating pre-employment screening and onboarding.
Collaborating with the hiring manager and the HR team during the offer process, identifying and recommending start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and company policies.
What you bring to the table:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Experience with talentReef and ADP a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Foundations of your career:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
1-3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or other talent acquisition certification a plus.
What we bring to the table:
Salary range: $55,000-$60,000. Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
