Skedda is a leading hybrid workplace experience platform dedicated to streamlining desk and room reservations and scheduling. We serve over 7,000 customers and nearly two million users, including IBM, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Harvard University.
Today, the product includes functionality such as floor plan visualizations, desk and meeting room booking, and utilization reports and analytics. Skedda integrates with key workplace tools like Microsoft365 and Google Workspace, and has won awards from G2, Capterra, and SoftwareAdvice.
Role overview
We are looking for a recruiter to join our growing People team. This role would be responsible for sourcing candidates, posting roles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting first round screens. This role reports into our VP of People & Operations and will work cross functionally with hiring managers across all departments and levels of the organization.

We're an international team from 14+ countries with a growing presence in Boston. We place a lot of value on collaborating asynchronously across time zones but also understand the benefits of working together in person. Our team has doubled in size in the last year and continues to grow quickly.

Role overview
We are looking for a recruiter to join our growing People team. This role would be responsible for sourcing candidates, posting roles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting first round screens. This role reports into our VP of People & Operations and will work cross functionally with hiring managers across all departments and levels of the organization.
Day to day responsibilities
- Run full cycle recruiting process including posting open roles to Greenhouse, reviewing inbound resumes, and conducting first round interviews
- Based on inbound volume, source potential candidates & reach out to then on LinkedIn
- Ensure a seamless, premium experience for all candidates from application to rejection/offer
- You're a strong verbal and written communicator
- You're a systems thinker who can help bring clarity to complex ideas
- You keep candidate needs top of mind during your design and decision making process
- You can balance a pragmatic problem solving approach with a strong attention to detail
- You welcome feedback to improve your skills and work
- You take initiative and work with a healthy sense of urgency
- 1-2 years of experience working in house as a recruiter
- Experience with technical recruiting and sales recruiting is a plus
- Experience with Greenhouse & Google Suite
- Highly detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at a time
