Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiter with expertise in travel, MSP, and temp recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a seamless experience from sourcing to placement. This role is key to supporting our healthcare clients' diverse staffing needs.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

● 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a focus on travel, MSP, temp, and full-cycle recruitment, is highly preferred.

● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

● High energy, passion, and a strong work ethic.

● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software, specifically for travel, MSP, and temp healthcare roles.

Responsibilities:

● Manage recruitment for temporary and travel-related healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

● Set up and negotiate healthcare travel pay packages, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

● Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline to meet client needs.

● Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.

● Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and serve as the main contact for candidate inquiries.

● Meet weekly quotas for candidate outreach, focusing on travel, MSP, and temp recruitment.

● Ensure candidates align with client requirements through thorough resume reviews and interviews.
