Remote Recruiter

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Sourcing the best talent for our job openings by utilizing numerous channels including job boards, cold calling, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Review resumes, research for passive candidates, and interview candidates and applicants
• Develop relationships with and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates through the full recruiting cycle
• Manage ATS; maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and candidate interactions

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree preferred OR 1 year or more in Recruiting or equivalent Human Resources
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• A high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
• Must have the ability to be coachable and trainable with a growth mind set
• Willingness to reach candidates online through social media and recruiting platforms
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Commitment to and an understanding of the sense of urgency associated with the recruiting process
• Previous experience with public accounting is a plus
