Atmosfy is looking for a talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This team member will play a critical role in building our team by finding and engaging the most talented professionals in the world. You will have the opportunity to develop your skillset in a fast-paced, high-impact, and global environment. You will be responsible for finding the best candidates to fit Atmosfy’s culture, values, and goals.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing?

• Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions according to established criteria
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring records and employment databases
• Develop job descriptions and job postings
• Partner with the HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and plans
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
  
  

Qualifications

What We're Looking For?

• Serve up a high-touch candidate experience
• 2+ years of recruiting experience either agency or in-house
• Process-driven and proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
• Experience handling multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously
• High attention to detail, team-oriented, and ability to contribute to an inclusive work environment
• Ability to pick up new ATS systems, tools, and technology (e.g)
• Extensive knowledge of the Atmosfy Brand
