Role: Recruiting Coordinator

Duration: 03 Months (Possibly extend but no temp to perm)

Job Location: Woburn, MA

Role Type: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Site has a recruiting team that has a number of openings. The team is expanding as a new product is being launched at the facility and new people are being hired to work on the product. For the purpose they need onsite coordination between the recruiting team that sources candidates and supervisors/managers. Additional responsibilities include reviewing resumes, providing feedback, scheduling interviews, facility tours, interviewing with candidates and making sure that candidates have personalised interaction. Required to do onboarding work as well.

Skills Looking For

Looking for Recruiting coordinator/Talent Acquisition coordinator with Recruiting/manufacturing background. Assist the recruiters in hiring candidates.

Need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Need to be very organised and be a multi-tasker.

Do not need someone junior. Need someone who spent at least years in the industry. Should be able to hit the ground running.

Do not need overqualified candidates either.

Need to have manufacturing experience or experience recruiting in a manufacturing organisation. Familiar with shift patterns & complexions in manufacturing quality etc.

Education & Experience

Work day experience is preferred and a plus.

2 to 4 years of relative recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.

High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related fields is strongly preferred.

Interviews

Onsite interviews in person with the HM.
