The Recruiter will be a member of the Talent Acquisition team. This is an individual contributor role. This incumbent will proactively be deliveringoverallrecruiting needs. They will manage the end-to-end recruiting process from the recruiting strategy meeting, to posting and sourcing critical talent for the organization until the offer has been accepted. This will happen in collaboration with the hiring manager and HRBP.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a strategic partner with the hiring manager and HRBP provide updates on market intelligence
  • Strong, collaborative relationships with Business Leaders and HR colleagues in order to attract the right talent, but also ensure the process moves quickly as there continues to be a War for Talent
  • Set expectations in the Recruiting Strategy Meeting as to roles and responsibilities throughout the hiring process
  • Partner to develop recruiting sourcing strategies by leveraging external networks, industry conferences, LinkedIn, social media, diversity outreach, while having diversity top of mind
  • Provide qualified candidates to the hiring manager and manage third party vendors if needed
  • Provide updates to the hiring manager and HRBP on the recruitment process
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, with the candidates experience top of mind
  • Ensuring quality of candidate is top of mind when hiring for Bausch Health
  • Ability to assess talent, while managing the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Understand D&I strategy & ensure diversity reach out to attract diverse talent occurs for all hiring needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Minimum4 years of recruiting experience
  • Aesthetics or medical device experience recruiting strongly preferred
  • Experience hiring consumable and sales individuals
  • Sourcing experience a must
  • Strong negotiating, consulting, and influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
